Ghostbusters is one of my favorite fanchise and i thought it would be cool to make a Vigo statue from the second movie.

"On a mountain of skulls in a castle of pain i sat on a throne of blood, what was will be what is will be no more, now is the season of evil, find me a child so that i might live again". Just as the title suggests this projects is a recreation of Vigo The Carpathian painting from the movie Ghostbusters 2 as a realtime gamemodel version and a 3d printed and painted statue. A brief story about Vigo:
His full name was Vigo Von Homburg Deutschendorf and he was born in 1505 A.D. withing the Balcan kingdome of Carpathia near the border of Italy. He was called many names: “Scourge of Carpathia” , “ Sorrow of Moldova”,“Vigo the Cruel”,“Vigo the Torturer”,“Vigo the Despized”&“Vigo the Unholy”.After he was decapitated his head told a final prophecy before he died : “ Death is but a door. Time is but a window. I’ll be back.”

Statue is 1/6th scale 40 cm tall, comes with 2 head switchouts (regular and demon head), the body, the base (made a smaller base), a back wall and an optional sound system with all Vigo dialogue from the movie and the videogame (over 100 sounds). The sound system can be seen in the video above. All switchouts have magnets.

Timeframe

Digital sculpt took 7 months with cinematic videogame version, 3D print, post process and paint took around 1 month.

Pricing.

A 1/6th scale fully painted, high quality sculpted, high resolution resin statue costs 1000$ + shipping (approx 60$ to US), price includes sound system.

Unpainted 1/6th scale hyper detailed high resolution resin print is also avilable for 450$ + shipping (approx 60$ to US). 

3D files are currently not for sale.
